Hi Everybody!

Doing It Again ! We had so much success with our Get Fit Pod Year to Get Fit which ended on June 30, 2008, that I just have to do it again. If you did it with me last year, I want you to do it with me again.  If you have been contemplating spending a year getting yourself back in shape, here’s your chance.   My original thought with the Year to Get Fit would be that once we completed the year we would go into a sort of maintenance mode.  However, one thing most of us learned was that it was the constant vision and focus that we maintained knowing that we had dedicated the entire year to our health and fitness that kept us going and made the year so successful.  

We Need The 24/7/365 Focus ! We learned many things about ourselves on the year to get fit.  One of the important things I learned was that success demanded constant 24/7 focus.  In addition most people who went on the year to get fit with me, wanted to do it again, or at least not stop. Fact – that focus not only needs to be 24/7 it needs to be 24/7/365.  

The Next Year to Get Fit Begins September 30 !  So, here’s the deal – I’m starting another year to get fit on September 30, 2008, and I want you to join me on the Get Fit Pod Year to Get Fit –FLIGHT 2.  Make a decision today that you will spend the next 365 days focusing on your fitness and health and getting yourself back in shape or enhance the benefits you gained from last year’s efforts. 

Decision Time Is Now ! You need to make that decision now.  We don’t have any time to waste.  The Get Fit Pod Year to Get Fit-FLIGHT 2 begins officially on Tuesday September 30, 2008.  And, as with last year, I will be there with you, to coach you and be your friend all along the way.  I’m not just coaching, I want results for myself too.

Our track workout 2.0 comes out on September 14th, and Episode 67 which will be released on September 21 is out Volume 7 Music Mix.  Then on September 28 I will release episode 68,  THE GET FIT POD YEAR TO GET FIT FLIGHT 2 as the "kick off" episode  prior to beginning our year to get fit on Tuesday, September 30th.
